It might burn a hole in your pocket slightly, but worth every penny, believe me.

Came here for 1 night with my family, had a wonderful stay. I got reasonably large room with clean towels.

Hip new hotel in a marvellous area near to the supermarket, and local shops and beach. Very friendly and incredibly kind staff with knowledge of the place. Delicious breakfast with variety of fab foods. Really useful base for nightlife.

A hidden gem with heart

Staying at Avlu 4 was a good experience. I was greeted warmly by Murat and the team. Each morning started with a delicious breakfast spread prepared by Senay, with local ingredients and great variety. The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony to unwind on after a busy day. Proximity to the beach made it easy for spontaneous dips in the sea- rejuvenating. The peaceful atmosphere was a welcome retreat from the buzz of nearby Marmaris.

The plumbing was a bit inconsistent-sometimes it took a while for the hot water to flow, inconvenient at times. The bed could have been more comfortable for a better night's sleep. Lastly, I found the cleaning could have been slightly more thorough, as I noticed a few areas needing attention. Regardless, these minor issues didn't overshadow my overall positive experience.

Avlu 4 has a clean and spacious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette with a refrigerator. Murat's hospitality was excellent. He were really nice too. With a lovely balcony to enjoy meals and a strong internet connection for work, it was a relaxing retreat just an 8-minute walk to the beach.

Avlu 4 aparthotel is in a quiet location, just a short walk to the beach. The rooms are bright and clean, with great amenities like a fridge for cold drinks and air conditioning. We had a wonderful time at the pool, especially murat.

A Perfect Family Getaway

Spent 16 fantastic nights in a spacious apartment, enjoying morning coffee on the balcony overlooking a tree-lined street. Murat's hospitality stood out. He. The nearby Migros supermarket was perfect for stocking up, and the pool was a refreshing treat after beach outings.

I stayed in the Double Room with Balcony for 13 nights and really liked how spacious the room was. It was clean and had everything I needed. The balcony was a great bonus for enjoying meals and the view. Murat was super helpful, fixing the air-con leak quickly. The comfort of the bed was good too, so I had restful nights.

Would recommend for short stay

Spacious room, friendly service, the outdoor pool offered a refreshing escape after a day of exploring the nearby beach, just a short walk away.

We had a wonderful stay with amazing service from Murat, who prepared delicious breakfasts and ensured we were comfortable. The Wi-Fi could be a bit slow sometimes. I'd definitely return!

Enjoyed the lovely swimming pool that got sun all day but also provided shade. Remember to check out the local restaurant options just a short walk away.
